​A tax credit community is an  apartment complex or hosing project owned by a developer to landlord who participates in the federal low income housing tax credit program to offer affordable housing to low income tenants at a restricted rent. 

We will need a various pieces of information from you to process your application in a timely manner.  This includes:

​Yes we do! Our apartments are pet-friendly to both dogs and cats with no weight limits or breed restrictions for dogs. We do have a limit of 2 pets per apartment. We have a one-time $500 nonrefundable pet fee in addition to a monthly rent of $50 per pet is assessed to your statement which includes your rent, utilities, and other expenses. 

Ovation at Arrowbrook welcomes all dog breeds and sizes, including large breeds like German Shepherds, Labradors, and Pit Bulls as examples. There are no weight limits or breed restrictions for dogs at this community.

​Yes, Ovation at Arrowbrook offers electric vehicle (EV) charging stations for our residents. We have 3 Plugzio Level 2 EV charging stations available.

The pricing for residents to use the charging stations at Ovation at Arrowbrook is structured as follows:

• Session Fee: A $1 fee is charged per charging session.
• Initial Hourly Rate: $1.50 per hour for the first four hours.
• Extended Hourly Rate: $3.00 per hour after the first four hours of charging.

To activate and pay for a charging session, follow these steps: 

• Scan the QR code located on the Plugzio outlet with your smartphone's camera.
• This will take you to the Plugzio web or mobile app, where you can log in to your account.
• The pricing will be displayed, and you can confirm to start the session.
• Payment is handled through your Plugzio account wallet, which can be topped up via PayPal. 

​Currently our office is open to both current and future residents Monday - Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and from 12:00PM to 5:00PM on Sundays.  These hours may vary once our community is fully occupied.You can also view available floor plans, community amenities, and access other community information on our website 24/7. 

​Our community features Studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom & 3-bedroom floor plans. We are an Affordable Housing/Tax Credit property with set rent prices based on the  current market at 30, 40, 50, & 60% of the area median income. Our rents are subject on an annual basis. Additionally, we do have a $50 application fee, a  holding fee based on the apartment size in which you qualify, and other applicable charges as outlined on your monthly statement. ​Yes. We are a short 3 min ride from new coming Silver Line Innovation Center Metro Station . 

​Yes. We have a Giant nearby.  Safeway is just a half of a mile from the property.  In addition, you will find that services such as Instacart are easy to use in our area if you don't have the time to do your shopping and would rather have it delivered.

​We are just minutes away from a host of dine in a takeout options at the Villages of Dulles Center.

​Based on school zoning the school district that our community belongs is Fairfax County Public Schools. Elementary aged students would be zoned for Lutie Lewis Coates Elementary which is a 3 minute drive. Middle school aged students are zoned for Carson Middle School which is also a short drive from our community. High school age students are zoned for Westfield High School, which about a 12 minute drive from our community. Any additional questions regarding schools can be directed to the schools directly or Fairfax County Public Schools.

​Dulles airport is a short 2 minute drive away from our community. With a pedestrian bridge and station entrances from both sides of the Dulles Airport Access Highway/Dulles Toll Road.

​Reagan International Airport is approximately a 30 minute drive from our community using Dulles Toll Road. 

​Our amazing community provides easy access to the Dulles Toll Road, Route 28, the Fairfax County Parkway.

​Yes, you can. Although we don't yet know what, there will be some onsite retail.  Additionally, shopping centers like Village Center at Dulles and Worldgate Centre are each less than a mile from Ovation.

​Yes it will. Each apartment home offers a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. You never have to  worry about leaving home to do your laundry. 

​Yes, residents will be able to reserve the club room.

​Here at Ovation at Arrowbrook, residents are responsible for water and electricity. Trash and gas are included. 

​Yes. Guarantor(s) can help an applicant, who does not meet the minimum income, qualify for an affordable apartment. 

​Unfortunately not. Tax credit communities require a minimum 6 month lease but here at Ovation the only lease term that we offer is for 12 months.

​To qualify for an apartment here all applicants must meet the income, asset and student status requirements outlined in the low income housing tax credit (LIHTC) program. 

​We are happy you asked! Yes, residents will be able to submit rental payments online through our resident portal. In addition to rental payments residents will be able to submit service request, contact the office, submit recertification documents and much more via the resident portal. 

Yes, residents at Ovations at Arrowbrook are able to pay on a prescribed flexible schedule through the Flex platform.
