|Recommended: NoReview — Do not live here , walls are paper thin, property staff is extremely rude and i have seen so many people leave working here because its that bad. The only thing i have good to say about this place is the maintenance staff, they are the best people ever.

We certainly understand your frustration with the construction related to the build outs in the retail space and have (and will continue to) reached out to the retail team regarding construction outside of approved hours. |Recommended: YesStriving For Excellence — A very beautiful, upscale and secured place to call home with lots of character. I just wish everyone would appreciate it and take pride in being a resident. The entire staff ranging from Management, Maintenance, and House Keeping do a superb job to accommodate tenants with a professional and friendly attitude. It's not easy dealing with so many different personalities but, I commend them even on their busy days, they still share a smile.

|Recommended: Yesdisgusting place. no office person answers. the noises are constant. people above you stomping will shake your entire apartment. it smells like dog pee everywhere. this place is terrible don’t move here. the leasing office doesn’t care about you just getting more money with each person they lease to.

We share your frustration with pet owners who are not following pet related policies and when we are able to determine which pet(s) are causing the issue(s) that will be addressed as well. |Recommended: YesProperty Staff Is Efficient, Apartment Is Clean, Good Location — I recommend living here based on the fact that the property is brand new, and conveniently located close to public transportation including the metro. However, improvements could be make inside the apartment building. The TV's in the common areas do not work. There is only one elevator in the main lobby. The other elevator by the parking lot, often used for loading, never works when I need it. I think that perhaps it is only available on the weekends, not every single day.

|Recommended: YesBuilding Manager — Mis Rebecca is one of the best building managers. I had a problem I contacted her which she solved in short period of time with very manner and respect. Always ready to listen to our building problems with patient and big smile.

|Recommended: NoI will not recommend this apartment to anyone the stuff is very un respectful her manager is smoking mervana during office hours and we did cancel our Application the took the application fee too and also that 500 security deposit too when we asked them to give us our money back one her employee boyfriend come up with a gun on us please stay away of this sick environment

|Recommended: YesMy family myself and three kids moved in the beginning of May and I can't say enough good things about this property. Location is EVERYTHING plenty of space to walk my dog, ffx connector bus, metro, parking, arrowbrook park . Loving the business center and gym helps me focus and get my work done during the day and unwind in the evening . Apartment is spacious and perfect for our needs. Leasing staff and maintanance has been SO warm and friendly. Even fellow residents I've met just walking have been awesome. We love it and god willing will be here for a long time o
